01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "these Terms") govern the relationship between bdbagg (hereinafter "bdbagg", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the services available at bdbagg.net.

By creating an account on bdbagg, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

bdbagg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdbagg.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of bdbagg is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. bdbagg enforces a strict minimum age policy and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, scripts, and artificial persons are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by bdbagg itself or through any external responsible gaming mechanism — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of bdbagg or any of its affiliated game provider partners, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by bdbagg — including placing wagers, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing funds — you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide any information that is misleading or fraudulent. bdbagg relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bdbagg will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bdbagg account that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices or public computers.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers on your behalf. All activity on your account is deemed to have been carried out by the registered account holder.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

You may be required to submit copies of a valid national identity document (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification alongside proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is approved. KYC verification is a one-time process and all documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bdbagg are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). bdbagg does not apply currency conversion fees, and no foreign currency exchange is required by the player at any point. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdbagg wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within a short processing window. bdbagg does not charge any deposit transaction fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own service charges, for which bdbagg bears no responsibility.

• Only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are credited to your real-money wallet balance and are available for wagering immediately upon clearance.
• bdbagg reserves the right to place a brief review hold on deposits that trigger internal fraud detection rules.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdbagg's finance team during standard processing windows. Approved withdrawals are sent directly to the mobile wallet registered to your account. You may only withdraw to a payment method that matches the name on your bdbagg account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• bdbagg reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for compliance review purposes. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bdbagg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar — such as Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh reload offers, and BPL season free-bet campaigns. All bonus amounts are denominated in BDT.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bdbagg are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.

Bonus Terms — General Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active in your account at a time. You may not stack multiple bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Bonuses are intended for use by the registered account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.
• bdbagg reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse or exploitation of the promotion is suspected.
• Where a player withdraws funds before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, bdbagg reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance from the withdrawal amount.
• Maximum bet per spin or per wager while a bonus is active may be capped as stated in the specific promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdbagg — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, cricket markets, or any other product — are subject to the rules of the relevant game or market in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface and from the relevant product section of the platform.

Casino Games

Casino games on bdbagg — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and table games — are provided by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the game server.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bdbagg's system will attempt to complete the round based on the game state at the time of disconnection. Incomplete rounds are resolved in accordance with the provider's game rules.
• Minimum bet per spin on slots starts at ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Malfunctions in a game's software that result in an erroneous display of winnings will be treated as void. bdbagg is not liable for losses resulting from player-side technical failures.

Cricket & Sports Betting

bdbagg's cricket betting section covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures with outright, pre-match, and in-play markets. Sports betting rules specific to each market type are displayed alongside the market at the time of bet placement.

• All bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and bdbagg's right to limit stake sizes on specific markets.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or forfeited, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• Outright tournament winner bets remain active for the duration of the tournament. Partial refunds for eliminated teams are only issued where the specific market's rules provide for this.
• In-play bets accepted after the outcome of a market has already been determined (due to a data feed delay) will be voided by bdbagg. All in-play prices are subject to change without notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdbagg and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identity documents; engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from any unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated outright betting to manipulate settlement outcomes.
• Use of prohibited software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, odds-scraping software, or any other third-party software that interacts with the bdbagg platform in a manner not sanctioned by bdbagg.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any pricing error, system fault, or software vulnerability. Any winnings derived from an obvious error will be declared void and reclaimed from the player's balance.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at bdbagg staff or other users of the platform via any communication channel.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

bdbagg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Regulatory, compliance, or security-related requirements.
• Player request — including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your bdbagg account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Accounts with pending bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements will have the bonus portion forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use bdbagg's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and prevent the player from accessing their account for the chosen duration. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdbagg's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes shall not be legally binding and shall not affect the interpretation of the English version.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
